Could someone please explain to me how some guys find tattoos to be so horrible? I mean, I am shocked by how many guys list tattoos as a “Turn-Off” on their profile! And, as a girl with four (well, technically five, but let’s not get into that) tattoos, I find this slightly offensive!
I was at Happy Hour (the happiest of all hours!) with a friend and some of her friends a couple of months ago, and there was this beautiful man there who was going on and on about how unattractive tattoos are, and how he could never date a girl with tattoos, etc etc. So, we all called him out, and he kinda shut up, but it got me wondering why guys are so disgusted by it.
And, I mean, I guess there are girls out there, too, who are disgusted by it, but I tend not to socialize with them…and, if I do hang out with them, please don’t tell me. I like living in my ignorance.
Anyways, I emailed a guy today who hates tattoos. Although, he did mention really tacky tattoos specifically as turn-offs (something about butterfly tramp stamps), and I don’t find my tramp stamp particularly tacky. As a matter of fact, I find it original, personal, and creative. So, bite me.
Actually, in the email, I made a joke out of it and asked if it was really a complete deal breaker to have tattoos…we’ll see if he responds!

I’m sorry he offended you. I’m sorry if I did too. Honestly, not everyone is going to find tatoos attractive…just concentrate on those people who like it rather than being bogged down by those who don’t. F them. They aren’t the kind of people you want to be dating anyway.
